2 apples
2 carrots
1 small head of beets
1 slice of celery
1/2 lemon
1/2 avocado
Coconut water

4-5 dates
2 bananas
250 ml of coconut milk
half a teaspoon cinnamon

Delicious Smoothie

200 ml of coconut milk or coconut water
10 g of chia seeds
10 g of flaxseed
10 g of unpeeled sesame seeds
2 tablespoons raw almonds
1 banana
1/2 avocado

Blueberry Summer

1 cup blueberries
1 cup of coconut water
1 banana
2 dates

Coconut apricots

4-5 well-ripened apricots
250 ml of coconut water
1/4 avocado
Cherry goji berry smoothie
1 handful of pitted cherries
1 handful of strawberries
1 small banana
1 teaspoon goji berry / or 1-2 dates
